1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. We don't do mass production since we are a sustainable small business. So it would be great if you are sure about your size that you order!
3. MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR WRONG!
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us info@dasende.clothing and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
